At Outlet Comfort Soft Cup Bra Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your intimate apparel and nightwear purchases. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, our returns policy is designed with your comfort in mind—just like our signature soft cup bras.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Swimwear must have hygiene liners intact
- Original packaging should be included where possible
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on briefs, bikini bottoms, or any intimate apparel that comes into direct contact with the body without its original protective packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our Comfort Specialists within 15 days of receipt at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return or exchange.
- Complete the Return Request Form (template provided below).
- Wait for approval – we’ll email you within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Package your return securely using the original packaging if possible.
- Ship your return to our Liverpool address (provided in approval email). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the replacement item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping fees apply for exchanged items
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
- Customs fees are non-refundable
